The Spiral Single lighting fixture was originally created by Verner Panton and is today available as a reissue from Verpan.
Verner Panton is one of the most celebrated Danish designers of the 20th century and is renowned for his pioneering use of plastic moulding and finesse with futuristic forms and innovative shapes. In 2003, the manufacturer Verpan was founded to reissue and produce some of Panton's most iconic pieces -- from functional furniture to dynamic lighting pieces. One such item is the Spiral Single, originally released in 1969 and still as evocative as ever today.
With a drop of 180cm, the Spiral Single has two clusters of metal rings and celidor spirals, producing a truly stunning centrepiece for your rooms. When illuminated, this lighting fixture creates breathtaking accents that dance across your spaces with constantly changing optics thanks to the slowly twirling movements of the individual spirals.
