The Siebenschläfer Double Bed 180x200cm measures 212.6cm long, 192.6cm wide and 36.5cm tall. It has been constructed from just four wooden elements which link together via a clever system of notches, enabling almost instant installation. However, this convenience doesn't sacrifice comfort. Instead, this bed will let you drift off in luxurious surroundings.
Martens has chosen to use birch plywood for the Siebenschläfer Double Bed 180x200cm, and there are no metallic parts at all. This gives the bed a harmonious, natural look, while minimising the risk of parts becoming damaged over time. The birch wood has received a variety of lacquered finishes from craft workshops in the German town of Chiemgau, while the ends of each slat have been left exposed, allowing the layers of the plywood to create an attractive contrast. Finally, the design is slightly raised, enabling under-bed storage if desired.
