The inner shell is made of plywood. It is generously layered with a cold cure foam. This is concealed beneath the upholstery. A type of bouclé fabric from the Barnum line. It is soft and has a loopy texture that works with the retro look that the sofa is dedicated to as a tribute to the 1970s era. It is a blend of viscose, wool, cotton, nylon and acrylic.
