808 H Footrest
The 808 H Footrest has been created by Formstelle for the brand Thonet. Thonet has created this footrest as a companion to the 808 Lounge Chair, but it can also be used alone as a comfortable place to rest weary feet. And it exemplifies Thonet's commitment to high-quality design in every aspect of its composition.
The 808 H Footrest stands out with its unconventional raised sides as well as its premium upholstery. Named "Soul", The fabric has been created in conjunction with fabric experts Rohi. Made with high-quality wool yarn fashioned into a multidimensional honeycomb, the fabric incorporates a delightful soft wave effect and complements the cushioned core of the footrest. The result is a plush, soft surface which is rounded off by leather elements on the shell. In other words, it's just what tired feet need.
The frame of the 808 H Footrest has been made from steel, and it features claw-shaped feet with gliders underneath to make placement easier. The stool has a width of 63cm, is 45cm deep and 49cm tall, while the seat height is 40cm. Whether it is used as a standalone living room add-on or completes the 808 chair and stool set, the 808 H Footrest is sure to make life that little bit more comfortable.
