Reef Ceiling Lamp
The elegant Reef ceiling lamp was created by the design group nextspace for the German manufacturer Serien Lighting in 2002. It is part of the Reef collection, that won numerous prizes, such as the reddot design award and the German design award. Thus it is a popular and internationally renowned collection with diffusers made of special ceramics foam. Thanks to this production process the Reef lamps receive their memorable look, reminiscent of coral reefs. By the way, the shades are easily removable and dishwasher-safe.

The diffusers' airy structure lets the light shine through the sides and creates an atmospherical play of light and shadow. On the other hand, the downward beam is very bright and sports a wide radius.
The Reef ceiling and wall lamp is perfectly suited for hallways, staircases, foyers, and so on. Because of its immediate installation to the wall it can even be used in rooms with low ceilings.
