The Anniversary Edition Bellevue AJ7 Floor Lamp has been created by Arne Jacobsen for the brand &Tradition. Danish architect and industrial designer Jacobsen was a giant of mid-20th century design, crafting futuristic designs that went on to become style icons. One such design is the 1929 Anniversary Edition Bellevue AJ7 Floor Lamp that &Tradition,which has reissued to celebrate the legendary designer's 120th anniversary.
The Bellevue AJ7 Lamp has clean, graceful lines that give it a simple, timeless elegance. The slender stem is made from satin polished and lacquered metal, and is firmly anchored in a round cast iron base. At the top, the stem curves into an arch that holds a shade that has been spun into a distinct shape from a single piece of metal. The shade has been cut at an angle, and casts an insistent light downwards that will be ideal for reading.
The Anniversary Edition Bellevue AJ7 Floor Lamp has a height of 130cm and a diameter of 27cm, with a diffuser diameter of 19.7cm and a base diameter of 27cm. It comes with a 200cm long fabric cable which houses the on-off switch. White or stone grey colours are available, and both feature a bronzed brass shade interior.
