Havana Floor Lamp
The Havana Floor Lamp has been created by Jozeph Forakis for the brand Foscarini. Inspired by the form of Havana cigars, this elegant floor lamp was one of Foscarini' s first plastic-based creations. Introduced in 1994, its gentle ambience and timeless looks make Havana a fine addition to living spaces and bedrooms, as well as professional settings like offices and waiting areas.
The diffuser of the Havana Floor Lamp is made from polyethylene plastic with a white tone, which allows plenty of warm light to escape in all directions. The diffuser is divided into four segments that are connected by metal hooks to leave a slender gap in between. And the whole unit is supported by a slimline metallic stem, which stands on a cross shaped base formed from chrome aluminium.
The Havana Floor Lamp has a height of 172cm and the diffuser diameter is 23cm, giving it a slender profile that can tuck into corners easily. The lamp comes with a 200cm long cable which can include either a simple switch or a dimmer if required. Dimmer and simple switch versions require slightly different light sources. In both cases, the appropriate lamps with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
