Buddy Wall Lamp
The Buddy Wall Lamp has been created by Mads Sætter-Lassen for the brand Northern. Danish industrial designer Sætter-Lassen is a strong proponent of democratic design which prioritises simplicity and functionality. This does not mean that products are plain but that the aesthetic finishes are timeless and subtle rather than garish or over the top. This is certainly true of the Buddy Wall Lamp. It is a minimalist lamp whose beauty is in its clean lines and timeless design. It has a wall bracket that has a short arm going into it. At the end of the arm is a cylinder-shaped shade made of steel that is finished with lacquer. It comes with the parts for fixed mounting, which makes it possible to install the lamp directly and turn it on or off using the dimmer switch on the wall bracket. The shade is flexible, which means it can be turned so that it provides light exactly where it is needed or preferred. The appropriate bulb with the GU10 socket can be ordered under accessories.
The Buddy Wall Lamp has a height of 10 cm and a depth of 17cm. The wall bracket has a height of 12cm. The lamp is available in a selection of muted, neutral colours.
