The Party LED Wall Lamp
The Party LED Wall Lamp was designed by Kranen and Gille for the brand Moooi.
The brand name Moooi is derived from the word 'mooi', which means beautiful in Dutch. Together with the designers Kranen and Gille, who base their work on poetry, the company has managed to scoop numerous awards including the Best Lighting Brand design prize and the LEF Award for Boldness, as highlighted by Eigen Huis & Interieur, a Dutch interior design magazine in 2014.
The Party LED Wall Lamp is a 5-model wall light with a ceramic face design and an aluminium base. The Coco model is the largest of the 5, measuring 18cm in width, 22cm in height and 11cm in depth. The four other available designs are Bert 16 x 22 x 11 cm , Ted 16 x 22 x 10 cm , Glenn 17 x 22 x 10 cm , and The Mayor 17 x 22 x 10 cm . They share the same subtle roughness of the granular ceramic finish and a tactile feel and require a direct no cable connection to a wall. They represent the designers' fascination with family dynamics and secrets and bring a whimsically humorous touch to any setting.
