Rio R50 Garden Armchair
The stylish, contemporary Rio R50 Garden Armchair was designed by Gargano-Cristell for the Italian company Emu.
Emu has been in the furniture business for over 69 years and is internationally known for the elegance and comfort of its products. Innovative materials, aluminium and steel are used to create beautiful furniture for indoors and outdoors. The designers Emanuel Gargano and Anton Cristell work in industrial design, architecture and graphics. Cristell now has his own design studio in Rome.
The Rio R50 Garden Armchair is a comfortable garden furniture item with a frame that is manufactured from ASFORM steel tube. It has been welded using Mig technology that offers resistance to rust and stress. The net is made from steel wires and has been electro-welded to the frame, which has been given a powder coating. With its nylon foot supports, the Rio R50 Garden Armchair is easy to move. Its dimensions are 53.5cm in width, 83.5cm in height, 59cm in depth and it has a seat height of 45cm and an armrest height of 60.5cm. When not in use due to inclement weather, these chairs can be easily stacked and stored.
