Laviani has shaped the surface of the cylinder with vertical ridges, a technique which he has also applied to the droplet-shaped ceiling canopy.
The shade of the Gè Suspension Lamp Polycarbonate 2.0 has a diameter of 37cm and is 26cm high. It hangs from a 230cm long cable which branches out into three diagonal lengths towards the base, resulting in a total suspension height of 275cm. The lamp weighs 1.8kg and casts a bright but glare-free light through its complex surface patterns, creating a magical atmosphere. It requires a single bulb. The light source with an E27 socket is included in the delivery.
