Ceras 4 Rug
The Ceras 4 Rug has been created by Nani Marquina for the brand Nanimarquina. Before coming up with the design for this rug, the designer carried out thorough research into colour. She put the findings into designing a rug with perfect harmony and balance.
The Ceras 4 Rug has a design of simple stripes. These have been put in an intriguing design where a rug is divided into two with one side having similarly coloured stripes and the other having the same stripes in different colours. This Sustainable Choice rug is hand-loomed in India. It is made of pure hand-spun wool sourced from Afghan. Its surface is flat and it is woven by weaving the warp strands that are on the loom with the weft strand. The weft is considerably tighter and heavier than the warp so it carries most of the weight of the rug. Kilim rugs are lightweight but they are very hardwearing.
The Ceras 4 Rug comes in two sizes. The smaller one has a width of 170cm and a length of 240cm while the larger one has a width of 200cm and a length of 300cm. It is available in dark grey and green.
