Malmaison Citrus Carpet
The Malmaison Citrus Carpet has been created by Christian Lacroix for the brand Moooi Carpets. This ornamental carpet gives a space a fresh, invigorating look and feel with its motifs of blooms and lush leaves. These are set against a zesty, lemon-coloured background. An earth-coloured cross runs along and across the middle and is replicated around the frame.
The Malmaison Citrus Carpet boasts lifelike graphics thanks to 3D dimensional printing achieved with a Chromojet printer. This high-resolution printer outputs images that have rich colour tones and sharp contrast definitions. These features ensure that images are replicated with great accuracy. The polyamide that the carpet is made of also works to elevate the crisp quality of images printed on it. The manmade fabric is a type of nylon that is known for durability. Polyamide carpets are also favoured because they take dye very well. This makes it possible to replicate the look of printed deluxe carpets made from natural fibre like wool. The printed carpets commonly found along hotel corridors and rooms are mostly polyamide carpets to handle high volumes of traffic.
The Malmaison Citrus Carpet is available in a smaller diameter of 250cm and a larger one of 350cm. It is available in multicolour.
