Anniversary Edition 2022 Series 7™ Armchair Fabric
The Anniversary Edition 2022 Series 7™ Armchair Fabric has been created by Arne Jacobsen for the brand Fritz Hansen. This chair designed in 1955 is part of the brand's 150th Anniversary Collection which celebrates some of the brand's most iconic pieces. It has a high backrest that narrows downwards with elegant curves that give it a luxurious feel. The shell which is a single unified piece then broadens out to form a generously sized seat that has the same graceful arches on the edges and outer edge. The armrests are topped with the same wood that frames the shell.
The Anniversary Edition 2022 Series 7™ Armchair Fabric has a shell made of nine layers of laminated pressure-veneer, a technique that was pioneered by the innovative Danish designer. Over the shell is polyurethane foam padding. It is concealed with upholstery finished with Kvadrat fabric which is widely regarded as one of the best in the world. Its blend of 92% wool and 8% nylon has a fuzzy softness and is hardwearing.
The Anniversary Edition 2022 Series 7™ Armchair Fabric has a width of 61cm, a height of 80cm and a depth of 52cm. It has a seat height of 46cm. It is available in granite brown with a chromed base.
