Disk LED Floor Lamp
The Disk LED Floor Lamp has been created by Daniel Kübler for the brand Belux. Simple and highly effective, this beautifully proportioned floor lamp generates a uniform light source which can illuminate medium sized rooms with ease.
The Disk LED Floor Lamp stands 186.6cm tall and rests on a 36cm diameter base. But the star of the show is the disk-shaped shade. Measuring 43.9cm in diameter the rim of the shade has been made from die cast aluminium, while a ring of ABS plastic allows glare-free light to diffuse in all directions. This light can be modulated as owners desire thanks to a touch dimmer switch, which can be found on the shade itself. This means that the lamp will work well in living rooms and studies alike.
The Disk LED Floor Lamp is equipped with a 300cm long cable, enabling flexible placement. With a weight of 12.7kg, it should be relatively easy to move around, while owners will find a single LED bulb inside the luminaire which is fixed and can be replaced by a specialist. Seeking to create a "light for the future," Belux have engineered Disk with efficiency in mind, resulting in a lamp which mixes ample brightness with minimal environmental impact.
