Started in 2008, Muuto represents a new beacon of the Scandinavian design that uses the finest talents. The secret behind the Nordic company is an element of surprise found in the materials ? sharp, innovative and eclectic. Every piece highlights a unique identity, summing up the aesthetic philosophy of this company: opening to new perspectives. After working with Louise Campell Studio for a long period, designer Thomas Bentzen opened a studio in 2010 and his products have been internationally recognised at various fairs and exhibitions.
Crafted with lacquered steel that enfolds the bottom and top in oak, the Muuto Enfold Sideboard Low measures 62 x 45 x 124.5 cm. There are two sizes of the design ? horizontal and vertical ? both of which come with adjustable shelves. The vertical model has one shelf that can fit across three different levels, while the horizontal model has two shelves for five different levels. The Muuto Enfold Sideboard Low by Thomas Bentzen beautifully combines cold and warm elements to make a uniquely contemporary expression. Along with discreet sliding doors, subtle holes and rigid steel, the sideboard renders itself fully functional as a media unit. It?s also available in a taller size.
