Pato Office Armchair
The Pato Office Armchair was created by Hee Welling and Gudmundur Ludvik for Fredericia.
Fredericia is one of Denmark's most established furniture designers. Founded in 1911, the company has long been one of the world's leading proponents of Danish Design, an ethos underpinned by the principles of functionalism, industrial technologies and beautiful simplicity. The Pato Office Armchair is a contemporary product that pays homage to this heritage with it's clean lines and practical office style.
This simple chair features a stand and five-pronged base set atop five wheeled castors,. The main structure is made with a combination of steel and polypropylene. The seat and back is formed of a single sheet of moulded polypropylene which is upholstered with a hardwearing fabric. The ergonomic shape of the chair was inspired by classic mid-century dining chairs including the iconic Eames DMS and Arne Jacobsen's Series 7 chair. Perfect for the home office or indeed a workplace, this chair is comfortable, practical and easier on the eye than traditional office seating. The Pato Office Armchair is adjustable, with dimensions between 68.5x78 and 88x62cm with a depth of 62cm.
