Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 25cm
The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 25cm has been created by TAF Studio for the brand Muuto. The Stockholm-based design studio is the brainchild of Gabriella Lenke and Mattias Ståhlbom. The duo's design ethos is to put new life into domestic products by coming up with refined designs that make common items uncommon. The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 25cm certainly lives up to this aspiration. This pendant lamp has a semi-transparent shade made of sandblasted glass that has been mouth-blown. The shape of the pendant was inspired by the shape of acorns. The glass that has been used for the shade was inspired by the way ice and rime looks on a surface. The etched glass shade imitates the appearance of rime which settles on a surface with a feathery or spiky pattern that looks transparent and homogeneous. The lamp is dimmable.
The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 25cm has a diameter of 25cm, a width of 25cm and a height of 30cm. Its PVC-covered cable is 400cm long. It comes with cables of different colours. The appropriate lamp with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories.One lamp will look great but a cluster of them will look outstanding over dining and kitchen tables or over tables in restaurants.
