Sko Shoe Rack
The Sko Shoe Rack was designed by Simon Legald for Danish design company Normann. Legald has prided himself on creating "honest" objects that evoke a sense of true identity, and his famed approach is readily apparent in this particular storage rack which combines form, material and function in a simple and chaste design.
Assembled with two steel shelves and a smooth-finished ash frame, the Sko Shoe Rack is what any great storage unit should be: sturdy, simple, practical and striking. Measuring 76 x 42 x 34 cm, the dimensions of this unit are wide enough to store a healthy selection of footwear, with ample space between shelving sheets allowing taller shoes and boots to be stowed away comfortably and securely. Each tray has also been fitted with a subtly raised bar built into the back, cleverly preventing items from falling off.
